I had a dream once that dozens of new teeth shaped like minature hands and feet where growing out of the roof of my mouth, and I couldn't talk or eat because they were cutting into my tongue, so I had to pull them out by the roots and then there was blood everywhere....

...uh yeah, my head is a scary place, best not to go there really... I'll just be over here, not bothering anyone shall I.
