The Comixpedia May 2005 event starts in about a week! It's called Mayday, and it's all about the action! Well... all about action, and all about you!

Eh...

As I said elsewhere, this sounds very interesting, but I'll be traveling in may so I don't think I'll be able to keep up any schredule that isn't pre-buffered.
Anyway, sounds like a really cool idea.

Spread the word, too! The webcomics community is so freakin' huge that it's hard to propagate information properly these days, and I try not to spam. Posting in the "General" section of large forums is about as much as I try to advertise these things.

Starting this with the artist of Athena Voltaire is instant intimidation. The other artists you have lined up are even more intimidating. I can't produce anything near that level of quality. But I'll be interested in seeing it when it's done.

Think of it as standing on the shoulders of giants!

You can look at as (a) a fun way to get some new readers for your comic, be creative, and participate in a neato online collaborative work, or (b) a great way to hone your skills by working "with" some of the best action artists on the Web. It's win/win!
