Does anyone know of a freeware Dating Sim generator that's in english?

It occurs to me I could have a little fun creating a Dating Sim based on Ghastly's Ghastly Comic.

A freeware dating sim generator would bring a lot of traffic to the download site... as would a Ghastly dating sim... you are just a fountain of good ideas.

I've seen a program called RPG Maker that you can DL that you might be able to use in that manner. Big problem is locating a an American translation of the program.[/url]

There's always Flash. Go to NewGrounds, and the place is just loaded with Flash dating sims. Some of them are actually pretty cool to play, too. I must say that Flash has come a long way in it's programming development over the last few years.

Perhaps a dating game with Freddy as the protag, cornholing various members of the Ghastly Cast, with Freddy's Funtime Show minigames?

ALL the dialogue would be in Freddy-ese.

If you ever get around to making one, Ghastly, I personally think a parody on dating sims where you play as Glemph trying to avoid getting the girl would be great.

No doubt some people will be aiming for the game over screens instead though.

Most of them are pretty good and it wouldn't surprise me to find out that some of the artists are fans of yours. Maybe one of them would be willing to help. (long shot, but who knows)

I've got SE: RPG. It's loads of fun. I found a copy of RPG maker, but between my utter lack of reasoning skills, I couldn't figure out how to use it.

Oh, it's not too hard to find. I have several versions. The version I prefer to use is "RPG Maker 2000", one of the older ones, due to it's simplicity, and the most versatile regarding imported graphics. Googling for it should yield some results.

Here's a DOWNLOAD page for RPG Maker 2000, in case anyone cares. I'd played with it a couple of years ago, and had a blast. Then my old compy died off, and I lost it. When it was mentioned, I decided to get ahold of it again. YAY!

It sure it fun to play with!

RPG Maker 95 is better, from what I remember, 2000 only lets you use 800x600 but 95 lets you use whatever you want. I'm not sure, I don't have any of them now but I remember 95 was real hard to find a download for.
