The original purpose of the Rhodes Scholarships, as stated in Rhodes's will (which created the endowment), was to form a group "to take control of all the inhabitable portions of the Earth."------------------

The basic mechanic for declaring martial law in the United States if for Congress to declare "a state of emergency," then for the President to declare martial law as neccessary. This isn't conspiratorial; it's the basic idea behind martial law.However, in 1929, Congress, as part of one of the bank reform acts in response to the depression, declared a general state of emergency in the US. This law has no expiation date, and has not been nullified, modified, or repealed.Suddenly electing Bush doesn't sound like such a good idea, no?------------------

What I always wondered was, if they're so set on setting up a vicious dictatorship, why should they be following the rules every step of the way?And if, as the Illuminati are rumored to do, the Secret Masters control everything already, why bother making the control overt?--Michael------------------
