Yeah, Kess was cool today. What an attitude! You'd think Angie knew the real Kess.

Ang> Ack, you need to color them or something.

I DL'd a song this morning that i'd heard ont eh radio, it's called "Goodbye Squirrel" by Cledus T. Judd, a parody of "Goodbye Earl" by teh Dixie Chicks.
It makes me think of brem quite bit.
I copied the lyrics and put them in a html page, so... I suggest the song and if you like parodies, i sujest teh album. *L*

Myself at first I thought Beej was one of those kinds that was sent totally to nirvanna by most smells, I've seen certain animals that will nuzzle and push up against almost anything to get a certain smell on them. If that was just an act then it was a very convincing one, I can see why he's doing it now and that's why I gained a whole new respect for him. Instead of being the mentally challenged pup of the pack he's now one of the most intelligent.
Appearances can be deceiving, eh?

Well Ang, the characterization is still going well I see. The new twist on "Beej" was interesting to say the least, so he sniffs to see what it would be like to smell, on the offchance that he might be able to catch a scent? Talk about misunderstood. Well, Brem knows now at least so he has one to confide in. Well keep it up, I'm impressed.
As for Kess, I have no idea who Kess is, so I can't comment. ;>

Dub> *L* Thanks. I wish now i'd believed Angie when she said she was going to post it, i'd have cared more about the artwork. *L* now my bad doodles are exposed for all the words to see, and she drew comics ANYWAY! *L* *pouts*
J
Just think, people, you have to put up with a fan-week comic from me yet, too.

Oh, and Wnadering Ones is another online comic.
There's a link to it on the DR links page.
Ooh! I have a question! *L* Stop groaning!

Er what I wanted to ask was : What're the Wandering ones?

And wouldn't it be funny to see how big this topic gets? *L* Cause eventually all the others'll like die but we can always come back to this one

And MEL! I like the comic! *L* Poor widdle Tucker

Angie>*L* Rob's nuts. I knew I had good reason carrying catnip around

Yes, let's keep this topic going and see how far we can take it. It'd be fun to see if we can topple The Scream's highest posted topic (The Scream being an ISP forum), with over 6,000 posts! Doubtful but let's see how far it will go.
As for the Wandering Ones, it's a rather peculiar comic in my list, it's the only one that doesn't try to be funny and instead follows a serious storyline in a daily format and does so quite successfully I must say. In that way it's like some of the Sunday newspaper strips, which is good. The 'funny' Sunday newspaper strips being too cheesy for their own good. I'm just glad online comics aren't like that. ;> Well, except Kevin and Kell ... blargh.
You're having trouble with just Sluggy and DR Dub? I bet you're glad that you don't read as many as I do. Not sure how many I read, I'll go count . . . 20 (well, thanks to the mysteries of hypertext time compression that took me half a minute but yet you only a few seconds to read).
I dunno where I find the time really but with such great comics, I usually tend to make the time. ;>
Mel, don't go dissing your artwork now. Sure, it's not up to the level of the great artists we all know, but you started trying a lot later. YOU show promise in what you do, plenty of other people don't. *L* Besides, it's supposed to be fun, right?
As for the length of this topic, I remember lurking in the Red Dwarf newsgroup for a while. They tried to go for "The Longest thread Ever", but I don't think they managed. *L* And I also don't think that 6000 posts in this message board would be managable. All these posts are in a single table, and browsers don't display the contents of a table until the entire contents are loaded... Now, if each posts took up about... 256 bytes... then 4 posts would be 1Kb and 6000 posts would be 1.5MB... Then again, by the time we get there perhaps the internet and modems are so fast it won't matter anymore... Boy I love having a Completely Random Topic.

Now, onto the subject of peculiar comics, I found hat Angie's is a bit peculiar in format itself. Not only cause sometimes they vary in size, but also, last week's comics were a good example, one single joke can take up multiple days of comics. Interesting approach. *L*
There, we're more off-topic on the off-topic topic than ever now.

Thing is I have to, I can't start reading a story and not know how it ends, that's how I got stuck with 20 comics, I used to read 40 odd but I fleeced the more boring ones from the list. I'm still tempted to drop Kevin and Kell occasionally but that would still leave me with a vital 19. ;>
1.5MB for a thread, eh? Now that'd be interesting, funny too.
*L* I seem to be doing my comments here today a few at a time. I have lessons in between you see

Anyway
Spirit>20?!....o.O *dies* My god! I'd never keep up with all those! *L* I'm trying to get inot the wandering ones though. I seem to have less time
Arno>*blinks* You do far too much math....o.O *starts to bacl away*
I like that Angie's comic takes days to develop 8L* It reminds me even more to go read it
