I <i>think</i> we have measuring tools with markings for grams (I'm in the kitchen so infrequently that I can't remember if they do or don't!!), but I have two questions on ingredients. Please bear with me, as I am a dumb American. (~-^)<P>First, curd cheese. I have a feeling this is the same stuff we call "cottage cheese," in the States, but I want to make sure. Moist white curds that are kind of creamy?<P>Second, the custard packet. Is this a custard mix, like the ones that come in a box, and if so, what is the size of it?<P>Whew...sorry to be a pain.<P>I'm also looking forward to trying the Røde Grøde med Fløde, which sounds very good!
