Did you just diss the Bucs?

Post by Hbomb »

Am I the only one in Wisconsin who doesn't think Warren Sapp's hit on Chad Clifton was a cheap shot?

Anyway, having grown up in Florida and gone to college in Tampa, I gotta go with my Bucs to not only beat the Eagles, but to win it all.

So, Joey, wanna make a friendly wager?

Hey now, just a minute there.

Just cause the packers folded like a cheap suit you don't need to go picking on the Raiders. After all they will find a way to loose on their own or with some help from the officials. Remember the Patriots and the Steelers? Ah but that's O.K cause its the Raiders, and we like to hate them, don't we.

This, after the Raiders gave us the best game of the year, the season ender vs. the Chiefs. This, this is why football is played outside on grass. When the running back falls face first, and the mud is deeper than the earholes on the helmet. That is football.

So, GO RAIDERS,
go bucs to, but only through this weekend.

Well, guess this means my trivia answers just got lost now.

I dunno. I think the Bucs need to get an offense of some sort to win a Super Bowl. I just hate Warren Sapp too much to root for the Bucs at all. I'm hoping for the Eagles and the Titans to go all the way, cuz a) the Eagles aren't a bunch of trash talking egos (Warren Sapp and Rich Gannon come to mind), and b) I think it'd be cool for the Titans to go just because they got skunked in the Pro Bowl pics. If it were up to me, they'd let my Dolphins back in to play the Raiders, cuz the Raiders couldn't beat the Dolphins if their lives depended on it.

But then again, they all make more money than we'll see in a lifetime, so I think whoever makes it should play without jockstraps and other padding, outdoors. And, if we're all lucky, there would be a torrential rain, and Shania Twain and all the other half-time divas would get washed downstream.

And,no, if you like the Raiders or the Bucs, I won't "misplace" your answers.

Well, I'm glad that 4 of my 5 favorite teams (Bucs, Packers, Browns, Raiders) made it to the playoffs (I wish Miami could've made it 5), and I'm glad 2 of them are still there. I would've loved to see a Bucs-Packers rematch (but I'd probably have to stop wearing my Bucs jacket in public that week for safety reasons).

Joey, you may be rooting for an Eagles-Titans Super Bowl, but I'm going the other way. Bucs vs. Raiders in San Diego!

PS. As for the offense, as long as Brad Johnson does what he did to San Francisco to the Eagles, the Bucs will be in good shape.
