yeah, i lost my password, and when i went to that page in f.a.q., the page didn't exist. so... what can i do now?

well you can email help@keenspace.com with the subject being "Lost password, username: horrorgame" or something to that extent
this all assumes that help@ has stopped bouncing back emails (which i don't know). Alternatively you could wait for siteadmin to magically regenerate itself, or for the admins to patch it back together so the script would work (well will work, once it is updated to Kisai's way of doing stuff)

The www.keenspace.com server seems to be intact (they've switched all the storyline dropdowns to it), so you could try the new password page there.
