How many of you are listed on other webcomic sites? you know i'm just wondering how many of you people have things like this:

I'm on 2. Keenspace top 99 and super 100. That is all. ^^

Bah, I never know which one of those is active. I'm usually signed up for the wrong one, regardless, and I have no chance at Top Web Comics.... phooey!

I'm on the Top Web Comics list. Still on Keenspace 99 and 100, but I moved those to the bottom of the page to try to focus people on the TWC list. I'm about 250 votes off from making the top 10 where I can show a banner, I didn't sign up until a week into this month.

Just being on the list helps, but if you can get a banner up it's much more effective. I only have a few hundred clicks on TWC, compared to Sortelli's 6000+.

aside from TWC and the Keenspace Super 100, which don't help at all anymore, i'm on one extremely unnotable comic and two noteable comics

So, do you want to know if we're listed on other comics' sites, or on big ol' directory-type things (as in the Keenspace top 100, Top Web Comics, etc)?

If the former, yeah, I'm on one or two, maybe. Elf Only Inn is probably the most beneficial.

If the latter, no. Because I'm too lazy to make a banner so I can submit myself for one of those (okay, I know that I CAN do it even without one, but I don't really want to without some kind of banner or something).

I tried to get on bunches of lists, but everyone I tried to join I later realized was dead or frozen.

Example, Keen 99 was the first, but it was dead, and after I gave up on it, it started up again. Grrr...

I joined TWC in August and it took that long before I got into the top ten. I will say, though, that being in the top ten for January has tripled my traffic. It's worth it once you get there.

I'm glad the Keenspace 99 is at least frozen with me in the top 10

But TWC is orders of magnitude higher in traffic, being #14 on TWC has gotten me more hits in 2 weeks than being #8 on Keenspace 99 in 2 months.

TWC is fairly attainable too, 50 votes a day would get a banner up.

Six of them. (excluding Keenspace). The only one felpfull was Online comic directory, which gives me nice amount of hits every month. On top-lists, nothin. I'd have to get to the higher spot on it before I have benefit, but my readers forget to vote, for which I don't blame them.

I'm on none. I tend to think that the buttons for those make sites look really ugly....not that mine is all bright and fantastic...but yeah....ugliness on websites is a sin....or something, which is why 80% of the webbuilders on the net should all be burning in hell right now. Including me.

Yup, my daily average is around 60. The secret, though, is having a cult of zombies to do all the voting for you, because that's only 60 daily votes out of 850+ daily visits. If every visitor voted, I'd be king of the world.

If only there was a faster way to turn people into zombies... *wipes red stains off of hands*
