the images and pages are missing o.O or maybe it's just me... why that is, is beyond me =.=;

It's the DNS issue, please we know about it, just hang in there, it's finally being fixed

Let's review from my post:
Using the siteadmin backdoor breaks all correctly written links and images

If you care for more of an explanation: The comic image is written so it trys to grab it from yourcomic.keenspace.com/comics/ (which has that DNS problem), and most images and links (pages) are written with a leading / which makes the link/image path absolute which fixes a few problems, but breaks the page in this case because it tries to fet the image or page from siteadmin.keenspace.com/images/ or wherever and it can't

My new site, natescomics.keenspace.com is non-existent, yet I can still log in to the member pages. I can't log into the FTP section, nor can I bring it up on a browser. Help?

This is getting to be very annoying. I can understand not reading recent threads or using the search feature but not reading recent posts in the thread is .... very annoying.

Anyhow, here's a summary of points:
1) POST TO NEW THREADS, NOT ANNOUNCEMENTS
2) POST TO NEW THREADS, NOT ANNOUNCEMENTS
3) Your comic is viewable, but in a very broken way at http://siteadmin.keenspace.com/~comicname Everything's there, but the links and images are beoken for reasons I explained earlier
4) You can edit your site by connecting to siteadmin.keenspace.com with your FTP client instead of comicname.keenpsace.com
5) You will be able to view your sites and connect to them with your FTP client at comicname.keenspace.com at the end of the month

I think that covers everything

i can get to my member page but can't get into the FTP since it won't accept my new password... and will accept it in my member page... i don't think the back door (or whatever) that i tried accepted it i dunno what to do.... i could get a new password and try again but if it doesn't work too then i dunno what else to do...

My webpage ( http:://camixalex.keenspace.com ) does not seem to show up at all. I've uploaded my files to the workspace and workspace/webpages folders (whichever each page belongs in), and they are in the public folder, but they don't show up at the actual website.

all day it's been weird, like I would go to a page, it would start to load, then tell me it couldn't be found. Though if I hit the back button the page would load more, and after a few times of doing this the page would finally work, this happened on comics and in the forum.

Also, right now my site is just working.

Hope everything becomes fixed soon so you don't have to listen to us whine about stuff not working ^.~

I haven't been able to update my site for a week now. For a while the whole comic site was down (404 error). Then we got that Keenspace message about moving servers. Then it was back to just 404 error messages again, then yay, the comic came back up. However I wasn't able to access my FTP. THEN the FTP started working again. However now when I try to update my comic, I get error messages when trying to access the maintenance page so my updates aren't working. Help, please

I just want to update my comic again~ ^_^;;

this is an announcement, it will stay at the top of the page until keenspace rots in the inferno... It is used to allow people to have easy access to quick information. It should've been locked ages ago. It is NOT used for people posting new problems. That's what the rest of the forum is for.

I'm not one to complain much, but our site (llv.keenspace.com) is inaccesible ever since the big server move, and while we are waiting for you all as you have a lot of comics and problems to fix, we are getting worried about our site. If you could send us any mail or indication as to our status, it'd be most appreciated. Thank you.
