He went a little bonkers towards the end. Pulled a big stunt as a "professional wrestler" but he only wrestled women because he wasn't exactly fit or intimidating. Jerry "the King" Lawler kicked his ass in the ring finally, put him in a neck brace with a few piledrivers, and then Andy proceeded to be the hugest ass in the world threatening to sue Jerry for wrestling him. I've heard that whole thing was a joke in itself, but it was a very not funny and painful to watch joke.

Well, "Norna," if that IS your real name... which, if we're to believe Liz, IT ISN'T, I'm afraid this isn't THE place of fun... maybe A place of fun, but certainly not the ONLY one.

Anyway, if this isn't the real Norna, then who is it? Is that what she really looks like, Liz? If that's a real picture, and given that whoever the imposter is knows quite a bit about the whole deal, I'd guess that it's probably someone the two of you know really well from your area. And stuff.

BTW, person who isn't Norna but claims to be, are you implying that without Norna (the REAL Norna), Liz's comic would suck? Is THAT what you're implying??

... Well, I guess I can't argue against that, unless Liz offers up some evidence to the contrary (well, actually, I guess her avatars prove that the ARTWORK at least won't suck...).

Actually, the whole thing was a stunt/gag, and Andy and Jerry Lawler were actually good friends. I haven't seen any of it, though, just heard everything. No opinion.

People mistook his antics for funny, and I'm sure there will be a flood of posts in his defense but... eh... Andy Kaufman=Not funny. His whole fake wrestling thing=Extremely not funny.

It was exactly the anti-comedy aspects that made it strange, sometimes painful and entertaining. Sure, it definitely could suck, but at the same time, it took a hell of a lot more courage to do that as opposed to lame, observational humor which is so prevalent these days: "Cell phones, what's the deal with that?"

But I digress, I only brought it up for the association of some showman/huckstering insinuation that this was all a ploy to further bring attention and "hype" to Liz's impending comic. Which, to further explain myself, was just a joking aside.
