Not to quibble, good comic and all, but Lewis Carroll died 14 July 1898 and C.S. Lewis was born 29 November 1898.

He was a close personal friend of Tolkien, though. Lewis actually credits Tolkien with leading him back to Jeebus.

Yeah, sorry about that. I knew that Carroll hung out with one of those two, and for some reason I thought it was Lewis. Alas, I am wrong. Thanks for the clarification.

I've been reading Scatterplot for a long time now. Since at least the Wrench.

Its one of the funniest strips I read regularly.

The "I don't worship fire, I worship beauty..." speech was the most perfect crystallisation of that love that I have ever seen - and delivered with such sincerity!

Ah, if I could, I'd own that strip. Beautiful, well written, well drawn and hilarious - the best strip here yet.

This lion, Withc,Wardrobe is definitely a close second.

Hmm.

At some point, maybe we'll start selling prints. I also have the original art for damn near every comic I've drawn, but recently they start looking less and less like actual comics, as I use the computer more and more to put things together.
