Is this true?

Post by Nowhereman »

I know we've all been hearing rumors about this forever now but this article seems pretty real...

Sadly it looks like just a bunch of bullshit started by PR men, as in to say "Since you can't see zeppelin tour anymore......BUY THE NEW LED ZEPPELIN CLASSIC CONCERT DVD!"
At least there's SOMETHING to look forward to.

That DVD is still a pretty big deal. For Zeppelin fans this is fucking awesome. Concert footage! Doesn't sound like a big deal but considering what's available it's out of sight. I'm not sure if I'd want a "Zeppelin" reunion anyway. Without Bonham it really isn't zeppelin. Just like "The Who" without Keith Moon really ain't the same. Pete Townshend said it himself. Plus Page and Plant's best days are far behind them. Although from what I hear JPJ is better than ever. He tries not to ride the Zeppelin bandwagon anyway. Led Zeppelin no longer exixts. What a fucking drag. Born a year AFTER they're done. This is why I envy baby-boomers. To be 18 in 1968 would be such a trip man. Unless you went to Viet-FUCKING-nam.

Also theres apparently a cd coming out putting together all of Page's little solo crap in the early years and other less then stellar songs. I've only seen a tiny review for it and I guess Page probably doesn't even know it's coming out.
