Hey, I'm all for you making your own Mario comic, but I'd like to retain property of the Fireflower name. If you want to make a Mario sprite comic, then go for it, but please don't call it Fireflower II.

Fireflower II? How original. You do know that there ARE other Mario Bros. sprite comics out there, don't you? Plus plenty of other sprite comics.. and just comics. Besides... where were all you people before? I've been here since this board was made.. I think.. anyways... look for an E-mail sometime soon, J, I got this idea for something.. that doesn't really involve you doing anything at all

The I looks like a lower case l wearing a beret on either end, because it probably forgot which end was it's head too.

Well, I suppose I can't stop you...but consider this. Do you really want to make a comic exactly like mine? The whole purpose behind Fireflower was to create a sprite comic that was completely unlike the obscene number of 8-bit Theater and Bob and George rip-offs out there. I guess if you really admire Fireflower that much, I'd be a fool to complain. But please think about this a little.

yes, different is better. I suggest to try and think of something on your own first. There are thousands of sonic and megaman comics out there, so don't do them... at least not much. If you make your own sprites that's a plus. I make sprites for my comic a bunch, and I try to be different by getting thousands of people I don't know to make cameos. Its a great place, isn't it?
