Damonk didn't discover time travel, it was actually Disco Stu of the Simpsons (AKA Mat Groening)... he's a warlord from a distant future who came across several blaxploitation movies, and a copy of saturday night fever... using breakthroughs of quatum mathmatics and infinite gravity in a fractal field, he created a perfect time vortex within his 'fro. He arrived in the late seventies, to blend in, became an illustrator and created the simpsons, using futuristic mind control techniques to hook an entire generation of North Americans...
this of course means that Damonk is really a time travelling resistance fighter, sent back to stop the Simpsons's infiltration of our society by creating his OWN illustrated world which tells the true story... the story of two mighty heros who will save the world... yes, you guessed it...
