yeah, that whole digimon/pokemon thing was just a phase at the very beginning while i was trying to find my voice and it didn't last very long (same thing for the calvin look-alike and dogbert rip-off). honestly, the only reason i went narrative was because i got roadblocked every other way. i was just tired of limiting my dialogue to what fit into 4 panels. i also agree that nowdays nothing is truly groundbreaking unless it's something that is a result of technology. everything else is just derivitive from our history and culture over the centuries. have you heard from case at all? last i heard his computer went out on him which meant no more AWR and no more Ilya Unbound. if you've got some place else lined up where you've been ranting let me know. i always enjoy a good rant <IMG SRC="http://www.keenspace.com/forums/smile.gif">.

I didn't... that whole Digimon fetish scared me off.<P>Yet, with the new turn you took, my interest was picqued. I mean, this is exactly what I would do if I would want to lose my objectivity and do a webcomic.<P>I am now reading the new narrative ones, and hope to actually use my brain to give some rant based criticism and praise because of the step you took, although it isn't groundbreaker because like that bastard Kafka said, everything has been said before, it is mold shaking, and I love a good counter to the normal.<P>-IO
