Signed up for Keenspace a couple of months ago. Nothing. Signed up again a couple of days ago after sending them an e-mail. No response to the e-mail. A little annoyed.

Set up what I have of the comic elsewhere. (No pun intended.) Will I get in trouble for advertising it here?

And why, every time I try to edit my profile, does it tell me "You must enter your password. Please go back and try again."? It's quite annoying.

well, it usually seems to take along time to get a site set up (recently anyway) and re-signing up will probably only confuse things. if you're curious as to whther or not your site is active, just type in http://____.keenspace.com, where the blank is your account name. And Keenspace gives you a password afterthey have the account set up

Hummm, well I'm advertising on here and I'm not a member! Well, not intentionally advertising but I've got my banner down there so I guess that counts... But no one seems to have noticed yet which is nice. I have kept my nose out of all those Keen rings though, as much as I'd like to join... I think I better stay out. Which is odd since I guess I'm doing Keen a favour, well, not really cause now they have no rights to my comic, but who'd want my comic anyway! Heh, anywho; free hosting, unlimited space & bandwidth and no hassles, why'd I want to sign up to Keenspace with all that?!

P.S. Don't ask where I got it... *taps nose with leather glove* You didn't hear a thing!

About 'advertising' your comic on these forums, I don't see why it should be a problem. Unless you just spam. I assume that you also read the posts by other comic artists as well as view at least one/some of their comics.

Personally I wouldn't advertise on a forum that I don't read/post in already. But hey *shrugs and wonders about getting himself some breakfast*

Spam bad. Posting and talking about comics and your comics and things like that good.

Remember.....
Spam Bad.
Posting Good.

^_^

The thing that infuriates people is when somebody goes along and posts THE SAME GODDAMN "LOOK AT MY SITE" POST in every single forum that has more than x number of posts. People do that. Seriously. And I hates them I do! More than those nasty hobbitses!

Anyway, feel free to post and talk and jaw here. ANd I hope they get your site stuff figured out.

the Keenspace Help Center just issued a notice recently pointing out that their email systems were screwed up fo rthe past like two months, and practially NOTHING got through...

so i would recommend you try sending your query to them again at help@keenspace.com, and all should soon be good
