Marraige is basically an organized, legit rape that is stretched out over a long period of time so there's less trauma involved.

not necissarily. rape is defined by 2 or more people entering into sexual intercourse and at least one of the people is strongly against wanting to do so, and is forced to, usually by a physically restraining force. now granted the wife can get tired of sex, but still, it's not like her husband's beating her for it.
