Yes but, Twapa is really turning a sympathetic ear toward the fact that Xe is an individual with thoughts of his own. She wants him to decide for himself what he should do and regardless of the fact that Bob says things are dangerous here. <P>Twapa begins to tell him that he should go with her and she's also concerned for Keer's safety but since she respects her own "right to be me" it wouldn't be the thing for her to pull Xe out of that place without thinking about how he feels!<p>[This message has been edited by Simplicity (edited 02-15-2002).]

i've been doing some digging into psychic stuffs (focusing around psionic vampires) and theres a small correlation between the astral plane and wherever it is xe, twap, keer and bob are ATM. i shall quote.<P>"Astral Plane - This is where all of our hopes, desires, and dreams become reality, thus making it the emotional plane."
"Simply imagining something while you are in the astral plane can cause it to form."<P>according to my research here, the dangers are actual entities inhabiting the plane, unlike in glorias version where the dangers are coming from within. so i'm guessing the whole "dream plane" concept is where the similarities end.<P>

(*GLUCK*) Oops. Well, don't stand so close to me, Bob.<P>Xe (actually, Keer) is in danger of never leaving this place. It's too perfect. And therein lies the danger. Therein lies the temptation. Why leave a place when you can simply create on act of will everything you need? But that's when evil creeps in. Remember what Ailourophasia was saying?<P>Keer has already fallen into the trap. He ain't going no where no how no way.
Xe has managed to defeat the trap. He enjoyed himself while he was there, but when Twap came to get him, he agreed to leave.
Twap sees the trap for what it is (maybe?) and is trying to get Keer and Xe out of it.
Bob is playing taxi and mediator all at once. <IMG SRC="http://www.keenspace.com/forums/wink.gif"><P>Now, I don't know if this relates at all with what Phasia said to Twap privately, but I'm willing to bet it relates to her speech in general.

yeah, exacltly. Xe is pretty much an innocent, therefore, the place is no harm to him, he's all goodness and stuff, and (with a small amount of nudging) he realizes that he cant stay and it'll be a good idea to leave.

keer however, let evil slip in and *bam* it grabbed him. evil couldent touch him till he let it. therefore, the danger is within themselves and not in the actual plane.

the whole place is like one big metaphor, actualy.

(oh by the way. cool dragon glor... even if it was pure evil =P )

Yes, yes, I do agree, the Dragon was rather cute, but really now Gloria, a dragon? Don't they get enough bad press as it is? You keep this up and the Draconic Union for Civil Liberties and, the Union for the Equality of Dragons might come knocking.

Dont forget there is some kind of attraction between Keer and Twap... Ok, once again, hey Gloria, where do you get you names? I am terrible at coming up with fictional names.
Anyway, Keer let something slip back at the concert, right?

That's what I was thinking, too...well, kinda.

We know that Xe and Twap are in love.

Keer and Xe are best friends, and have been affectionate to each other in the past (Xe kisses Keer, 2001/11/08, when they're stuck on the way back from the concert; Xe and Keer are snuggled up [for warmth] during the blizzard, 2001/12/16). [I'm not reading into this - they are best friends, after all. And the 12/16 strip was cute.]

Keer seems to have some kind of feeling towards Twap (2001/09/02 - the concert), but won't outright admit it.

Twap at least thinks of Keer as a friend (Sunday's strip), but such a close friend that she battles great evil for his sake.

Also, Twap won't explain something to Xe 'till he's older (2001/11/27), and it definitely involves the three of them.

There's definitely something going on here.

There is certainly evidence to support any number of theories. Yes.

Thank you Kree that was marvelous! Which truly makes me wonder where your alias comes from!
The fictional otter blushes, "Heh...thanks. Geez this message board moves fast! Um, as for my name, the fact that there is a fictional race in the Marvel Comics universe that shares the exact same name is purely coincidental - I didn't find out about it till I'd already named myself. Kree is actually a shortening of this character's full name, Sasoorululish Kreelalinee. A real mouthful, huh? Why do you think I use the short form? Of course, like all names, mine has a meaning in a much older language that was completely fabricated by yours truly. I guess you could call the language Old High Otter. Anywho, my familial name Sasoorululish literally means 'Long running far seer' aka. 'Scout' or 'Ranger' while my given name Kreelalinee means 'Confusion of starlight'. Did I forget to mention that my fur is all neat and silvery? Heh heh. Yeah, and as a kit, that was my parent's first impression of me. Of course, my shortened name Kree simply means confusion - not my choice but rather of my friends or else I'd be Lalin meaning starlight. There you go! More than you ever wanted to know about me!"

*cheeky grin* Remember that old story thing we did? The pass along story where Keer fell for SuperBunny? *cracks up* Yes she still has a thing for him.

I've always liked Keer. He's gotta be my favorite. Everyone has some kind of anger burning in them. Keer just sorta lost control of his. I know I've done that often then not. Hey at least if you get burned in the fires of hell it won't be from freezing to death. *looks out her window* It's encredibly cold here. I thought it was getting warmer but no--the weatherman just got my hopes up and now winters back and I'm depressed.

Don't mind the rambling little nutter she's insane.
