Please tell me there are plans to make the forum's font size smaller and less...er... bold. My eyes are bleeding. No, really.

I dunno. This is Keenspace's design. I think if you go into 'edit preferences' you can pick other schemes.

Right now, RedWolf is taking suggestions for what features we want with the boards. Custom themes & different fonts have already been mentioned. From what I've read about phpBB, it's possible for each forum to have a theme, for users to have their own individual themes if they don't want to use the default, and the ability for moderators/admins to force people to use their theme choice on a forum. Right now there's only one theme available (Ocean), but I believe that they're planning on tweaking it to make it nicer, as well as allowing moderators to choose a theme for their forum.

Others suggestions include Avatars, the ability to turn images off in sigs, on a per-user basis (so you can choose not to view them), increasing the overflow (from 15 to something larger, or making it user customizable), the ability to view only new posts, and next/previous thread buttons.

If you want to read the thread or make suggestions, you can find it here: viewtopic.php?topic=32102&forum=4&11

Well, I'd be happy with just a slightly smaller font. And a little custom picture for each user. And a machine that automatically removes those annoying loose threads from t-shirts and jumpers. And an atomic powered Breville sandwich toaster. And...
