Bummers
I wanted so much to meet everyone over pizza. Not that pizza with Sarah would be a bad thing.
*points to Rask* He's the ONE. He told me Jim was in Calgary... or ... was it *insert name here when can be remembered* from Houston ?? It was someone in the streaming channel that night...

Heh, right evening, wrong person, Lazy. Rook would be the one who told you about Jim.
Rask is definitely on the "People to Know" list though.
Don't worry... I can barely keep all the names and links and stuff straight in my own head most of the time.
------------------

Oh, you are too! So, then how come all the *good* ones are from Canada? What's in the water up there?
------------------

We can still meet over pizza! As far as I know the sushi is just me and Father Tim, cause he's been asking me to go out for months now. It's an open invitation though, so anyone who wants to show up can.
Oh, and I really am sorry for laughing Justin. It's just us Canadians are so often the minority in everything.

It's not the water. It has to do with Canadians trying to be better than Merikens. SO the average Canadian strip tries to be better than the average Meriken strip...
Also helps there are fewer of us, so not as much coal to get through to find the diamonds.
*ya know, everything that goes on pizza can go in Lasagna. Exceptions are pineapple and anchovies and maybe shrimp and other seas foods.*

Sorry Lazy. It's just that squid is Sarah's thing. I figured we could all get together with for coffee one sunday morning.

------------------

I like squid yes, but I don't eat them...well ok, I did a couple times. I don't eat octopus at all. It would be like eating your cat!

I don't actually do anything related to webcomics except read them. The closest I come to being "creative" is/was writing a magazine column, and I am *so* AWOL from that I'm sure my editor is going to execute me the next time I speak to him.
Does that qualify me to come for pizza, if/when it goes off? Except for Sarah, I've not (knowingly) encountered any of you in Calgary, unless you've been towed.

Okay, so how 'bout I let you guys know next time I make a road trip down to Calgary, and maybe we can arrange something. I've met Lazy, and I sure would like to meet more "local" talent. Compare notes, and all that.
Sound okay?

Hopefully I'll be off that day then.
All of a sudden, I feel I've just compared myself to milk. Rephrase: hopefully, I'll be not working that day. Or something. I must be tired; I don't like that phrase either.
We'll try this again tomorrow.

Yes. Come. You can write a column about the webcartoonists in Calgary.
"Calgary's Webcomics, Artistic Freedom or Outright insanity."
I see it all now...
I don't drink alcohol coffee or tea. I don't smoke and don't eat sushi. I'm mister bland white bread man. Except I do webcomics and other stuff.
But, I do like pizza.
and Lasagna
and Nachos
and Dr.Pepper...
and some other stuff...
but not much else.

Pizza at night is good. The brunch thing sounds cool. Mornings are not kosher; I don't even like observing the requirement to get up for work then...unless I'm still up...then they're acceptable.

I second that! I refuse to get up any earlier than I have to. Night time's always good though.

Oh ... WHEN ????
WHEN can we get together for pizza ?
It is such a dilemma.
Getting together seems to be just as hard as getting 2 Economists to agree on something.
then there is to decide what to have on the pizza... oh... such a dilemma...
