Today's fast paced capitilist, money hungry, crime ridden world is so depressing to the point where I wonder If I want to raise children in this crazy world. This is the type of society where people kill their parents for inheritance and yuppies post on these forums with the mentality that they know everything about the world. The fact is that this is a scary world. While we all sit with our thumbs up our asses in North America we turn a blind eye to the scary reality that there is a slave trade going on in the Sudan. ( A COUNTRY IN AFRICA FOR YOU STUPID YUPPIES) I'm glad I've got friends like Kevin''FIRE IT UP''Mckeddie who's got enough heat to equipp a small army and that makes me sleep a little better. Sounds kinda crazy but I'm sure you wish you had a double barrel loaded with slugs the next time some prick breaks into your house or when some dude hits your parked car and doesn't leave a note. Think about it.That's why I wish I had a time machine. I'd go back to the Holy Roman Empire where they Know how to take care of criminals( a quick sword to neck).March along side Frederik Barbarossa and retake the Holy land from the Saracens. Then I wouldn't have to worry about rrsp's and paying a mortgage and getting out of debt. That would be an adventure my friends. Although my brother would just stab motherfuckers but that's a whole different topic all together. Of course that's just my opinon, I could be wrong but I doubt it.Oh yeah, Karen is a ignorant snot nosed little kid who thinks her opinon matters. Go read a book stupid kid.<P>------------------

The more you read history, you will realize the amount of bitching has increased over the years. Or I should say, life has gone downhill no matter the advances on technology. Shit is happening around the world, but you will only find out about it until you hear it on the news. The people who are trying to tell us whats happening, are called freaks and fruitcases. Be it, they can go too far but how else can we learn about this shit? The days of real men are over. You gotta work a shit whole job, cleaning the cum off windows in peep-shows, just to make a living. And not even a good job. Back in the old days, you could just make what you eat, kill the fucker who rapes your wife, have some ale and live in happiness. I, would like to live in the old west. I dont wanna start more of this sexism shit, but 100 years ago, women were easier. They didnt have much to say. Hell, rape was so common it was expected if they were good looking. If a man liked the woman, the woman had very little say in marriage. You asked the father. Be it I'm glad they have some rights now. But dont forget that hookers werent looked down apon back then.

you really gotta make the most out of what you can have . i do.
you guys are on the internet. that's a big step up from other people's situation.
and chris just coz you're legally an adult does not make everything you say so intellectually unbearable for me.

ok i was so caught up trying to defend myself that i missed what the topic was.
but yeah i will say that the world is overpopulated and going downhill.
this kind of thing is really sad for starting up families or whatever.
but you can make a difference by educating your children and what not and basically giving them a better environment.
coz face it living in edmonton is a far better way to grow up than starving in africa or something...
