In the previous comic, you can see him leaving the main church courtyard. He's in a tunnel to leave, currently...I think.
Anyway, it's a looooong tunnel.
What I wannt know is... who are those people? I think they're from the bar, coming to pay helix a little "visit".

Where did Helix walk into that was all dark and scary? I thought they were next to the church..Hmmm...------------------

Chris:Maybe you have skipped a page. I showed in Chapter 2/Page 9 that Helix walked into a dark hallway leading to the outside of the church yard.cshell:Thanks for answering Dedos's question. <IMG SRC="http://www.keenspace.com/forums/smile.gif"> But the "tunnel" isn't that long. It's just a hallway leading to the outside. THe door you see on page 10 is the door to the outside, actually.As for these new guys, you'll find out who they are soon enough.Gareth:

Yah, I saw Helix walk in... but I wondered what a dark tunnel filled with big scary people was doing in the church to begin with, I guess.

I instantly assumed he was somewhere else.

hello. this is geejay's brother, ringjo. the story behind that page was just one big misunderstanding. my big brother was busy watching a movie on the computer without guiding me through the page i was working on. he just told me to do the page with this kind of layout. he even let me do the dialogue. anyway, he just commented my work only after i finished inking it. and since he was in kind of a "tight deadline", he basically added that page in. <IMG SRC="http://www.keenspace.com/forums/biggrin.gif">

Even if they were in the church, I don't see how that would be a problem. I mean, sometimes churches are dark, and the baddies obviously turned out all the lights. They could have just have been waiting inside the church for Helix to come in.

I agree whole heartedly^_^.Hmm, what else can I say about it? It looks great, the shadows look great, and my mind keeps thinking about who the heck those guys are, and why they added an extra silable(can't spell right now) to his name^_^.

well, obviously helixus is helix's real name, if you remember mendoran thought the name helix sounded familiar a few strips back.i love that last panel in that strip- the shading rocks in that panel, although i do have one question- where did the door come from?

Yes, Helixus is his longer name. Mendoran is a templar and also sorta part of the law enforcement people so he should at least be a little familiar with the list of criminals wanted by the kingdom. That is what Helix is afraid of. I guess by now it is clear that those guys that jumped on Helix are bounty hunters.As for the door, remember that Helix came in thru an opening without a door then a bounty hunter jumped in from behind him.
