Hey Geejay! I was wondering: did She-ra inspire Nadine's "Blade" conversations? Because I remember watching that show, and I'm sure she talked to her sword a couple times.
Am I right? or am I just stupid? On second though, don't answer the second question^_^.

Hahaha. I watched She-ra when I was young but unfortunately, no. That wasn't the inspiration for Nadine and Blade.Here is how the Blade conversation idea developed. When I was younger, I played a fantasy RPG (not a computer RPG just to be clear) with my cousins. My character got a sword that talks. During the game, I talk to the sword to get info or hints. So when I created Nadine, I thought of giving her a similar sword but nobody hears the sword talk. So now, everybody, including the readers, don't know for sure if she really has a talking sword or is she just a little crazy. <IMG SRC="http://www.keenspace.com/forums/wink.gif">------------------

ooo, clever^_^. Sorry, I was an avide She-Ra watcher. One afternoon, after several sodas, my sisters and I came up with a spoof on it "For the honor of Numbskull, I am Shiba".
Yup, those were the days...*sigh*.
What the heck....what am I doing up at 1? I should be in bed....I guess I've got too hyped over cowboy bebop. Love that show^_^.

I used to watch She-Ra all the time when I was younger. I liked it better than He-Man in fact. <IMG SRC="http://www.keenspace.com/forums/wink.gif">I'm also recently watching the Cowboy Bebop series. So far, they haven't won any bounty yet. Sheesh.------------------
