The weekend feature is my first comic (I first drew it for the school newspaper). It's a bit more freeform and I've accumulated a number of 'em over the last five years so I'll be running "classic" ones on Saturdays and >hopefully< news ones on Sunday.
If you like 'em be sure to surf back through the archives of BDR - I've filled in some of the past weekend slots with more cats comics.
It's sometimes political but I think at this point in my life I'm skeptical about most politicians so I don't think you'll see too much of a bias (my politics seem to cut through normal party platforms anyhow). If anything comes up in a singing cats comic worth discussing though - this would be a good place to start a thread.

------------------

I just picked up "Shrub" by Molly Ivans. It's a short book about George W Bush. Sounds a lot like Al Frankin's "Rush Limbaugh is a big fat idiot" or even a PJ O'Rourke tome. Anyone read any funny topical or politcal humour recently?
------------------

I think I have read almost every "singing cats," and I come to this one conclusion: What the hell is going on here.

It's all based on the musical CATs. You've seen the musical Cats right? I thought everyone in America had seen CATs.
------------------

Yup first CBS episode I think. Paul Newman stands up - yells "where the hell are the singing cats?" and storms out of the show.
------------------
