I'm evil, but honest. I only take credit for sadistic acts that I actually take part in. Doing anything else would just be bad form.

Damn straight.
All you gain from claiming you took part in things you did not do is to get cought in a lie then noone beleaves you took part in anything including the things you did do. Then you just have to some evil things to them to get there fear (respect) back.
