Yahtzee doesn't look fat as much as his head looks quite wide. I think it's a side view, and we're used to seeing a three quarters type view.<P>No, never mind, his head is quite huge.<P>------------------

his neck also looks way too small to hold it up. but hell, at least he doesn't have one of those necks that's wider than his head. those guys are scary!

Look at the comic from the 23 january 2001. As you will indeedly notice Yahtzee already knows rob's darkest secret. <P>Also, Yahtzee looks fat in these old strips.<P>------------------

As I'm gonna point out in tomorrow's strip, once you know a person's darkest secret, it's not a secret anymore. So the next time Yahtzee uses the BF on someone, it tells him the next darkest secret, then the next darkest after that. It all makes sense.

Oh Yahtz! Obviously you always seem to have your stuff way too together for anyone to notice any oversights. When is everyone going to learn?<P>------------------

This probably isn't actually related to this thread but:- is "All material by Ben 'Yahtzee' Croshaw" really a legally sound statement considering your ripped a slice of your last article out of Blackadder Goes Forth? <P>------------------
First Mutant: What is freedom?
Howard: Freedom... is a place. A place where you can dream. A place where you can run. A place without walls, without boundaries, without...

Howard: No... There are cups...

And while you do that, let me just point out how much I've enjoyed said article.
I haven't seen Black Adder, so I might have enjoyed the article less if I had know it wasn't all original, but then again, who cares?
I loved it. Every single thing about it. Name a joke -- I loved it.
Also, I'm noticing a little pattern in the thought box... The end, on more than one occasion, is Yahtzee destroying the subject of the article, and going off to play computer games. Not that I'm complaining, Heaven forbid, just thought I'd share this.

The article itself is utterly original and delightfully (I can't believe I just used that word) Yahtzeean (or that one), its just that this...<P>" "He was caught holding a bloody knife over the corpse by fourteen witnesses, and when he was arrested said 'I'm glad I stabbed the bastard.'" she continued, wiping away a tear with a hanky with 'trouble' written across it. "<P>...Looks incredibly like this...<P>"I remember Massingbird's most famous case - the Case of the Bloody Knife. A man was found next to a murdered body. He had the knife in his hand, thirteen witnesses had seen him stab the victim and when the police picked him up he said to them, 'I'm glad I killed the bastard.' Massingbird not only got him acquitted, he got him knighted in the New Year's Honour's list and the relatives of the victim had to pay to have the blood washed out of his jacket."<P>Subconscious? <P>------------------

Yes, OK, right, they do sound rather similar and I have seen that relevant Blackadder episode, I must have nicked it.<P>The story was more of a filler thing than anything else, I'm a bit short on article inspiration at the moment so I just threw it together spontaneously one morning to fend off burn-out for another week.<P>Oh, hell. Maybe I'll fall back on my emergency horror movie sequel collection. Anyone got any ideas for Kick Arse, btw?

You've done all the 'famous' slashers - so why not go for more obscure stuff in the vein of Maniac Cop 2? For example, any film made by Troma...<P>------------------

Oh yes. I haven't seen them, but I know they have mutant janitors in them.
And as for Kick Arse...
Try more computer game characters. Gordon Freeman springs to mind, as you seem to like Half-Life... And one that I'm sure you've long yearned to do is Bruce Campbell.

I think doing BC would be too predictable, and I'm worried doing GF might be too obscure. Y'see, my Lance and Eskimo chums assure me that a large amount of readers of L&E (and therefore my section) are people in their offices with nothing to do, not the usual gamer population of the Internet. Oh well.<P>Let's see, my current emergency collection of horror sequels entail the following:<P>- Candyman 3: Day of the Dead
- Dawn of the Dead
- Day of the Dead (no Candymen here)
- Nightmare on Elm Street 4 + 5 (Double feature perhaps?)
- Hellraiser 3: Hell on Earth
- That's it.<P>Plenty to be going on with, but like you say, nothing really obscure ... except perhaps Candyman 3, which as far as I know only had a video release and enjoys as its main character a chick with the BIGGEST TITS I HAVE EVER SEEN IN ALL MY MONTHS OF REVIEWING MOVIES.

No, do Dawn of the Dead! I nearly choked to death on a piece of licorice when I saw that zombies head being removed by a helicopter.<P>------------------

Well, if they're just bored people in offices, you might want to take on more Shuttlecocks-like (Shuttlecocksian?) articles... You know, the type stand-up comedians do, only better.

You should do an article on why it would kick arse to have a mullet.<P>Hehehe<P>I'm the bastard from the ags forums that never sucked up Yahtzees arse! I was a freedom Fighter, and i fight for freedom!<P>BTW, it is fast approaching 3am here in brisbane and If this makes little sense, then you know why.<P>I used to be good chums with Sarah, didn't i? Ha! You quirky person you. I still think you are cool.<P>I am tired.
