It's called "Rocket Ship". It's one of this month's songs from the crypt on TMBG Unlimited.
Here's what they said about it:

quote:
Did you know?
Rocket Ship
Rocket Ship is the 1992 demo of a song that didn't get any further than this, because the chorus was cannibalized to make "Spiraling Shape." The verse is a rough idea for a lyric about how far you can travel in outer space and never get anywhere, but the chorus wandered in a more fruitful direction and suggested a better song.

And you'll never ever hear it.

Well, as it's obvious, instead of hitting 'reply with quote' I hit 'edit' and then hit 'enter' before realizing it, then rushed to hit 'esc' but alas, I altered reality before I could stop it.
Such is my awesome distracted-by-petshopboys power.
Somewhere, there's a place for us.
Anyway, prove the existance of this non-spiraling shape spiraling shape song, Dezro. Prove it!

quote:
Originally posted by Dezro:

If you listen to Radio TMBG for like, weeks on end without sleeping, you'll probably hear it.

I've suspected this for a while, but tonight it's been confirmed. Everything that can be bought directly from a television commercial is crap.
You see during my dramatic return to television watching, I've seen many commercials for scary things like "Aaron Carter" and "Dream Street", from which you could order direct. This scared me.
Now, just a while ago, I finished watching Invader Zim. I realized Rocket Power came next and had to act quickly. I grasped the remote controller and swiftly changed the channel. I changed the channel until I saw something odd...
The Rocket Power Alarm Clock.
The first odd thing was that the commercial was on a local station. It was also horribly produced (the commercial not the clock (okay both)). The really odd thing was the clock itself. It had no visible time display, and the "alarm" was the damn theme song. Three of the main characters slowly moved around the clock while the song played and another slowly spun around on a half pipe. If you wanted, you could remove the figures of the characters so you could play with them. With no obvious moving parts, I don't see why a kid would in this day and age. On second thought, I think they were just too cheap to glue them in.
Of course the worst part was the theme song. A hideous song suited more to a Power Rangers rip-off than a 'realistic' cartoon kids show. The worst part is the combination of the catchy-ness quotient and the fact that songs get stuck in your head easier in the morning than at night makes the clock seem worse.
Ugh...
Hey, anyone know where I can get a random episode of "Rocko's Modern Life" in a non-divx format using HTTP or FTP?
Dave "No you don't!" I'm asking for non-divx because the only divx player for mac requires Windows Media Player, and neither are carbonized. This is odd, especially because other formats such as OpenDivx are available. I could use the classic divx player, but I dislike starting up classic to run a program that won't display at a frame rate anywhere near good unless I restart the computer or use an hour long process to fix it so I can run it under QuickTime Player.
So yeah.
