On my machine the image actually reloads every time the cursor moves on or off. On Emily's though, we had it blinking smile & frown like it's supposed to.
What's everyone else seeing? Does Ama's face just change, or does the image reload?
I think I made the final thing too big. Probably on Emily's website (which is what I made it for) we'll resize the image to be about 1/4 of what it is now.
------------------

Hmmm, about the only thing I can think of is to check your cache settings and make sure they are not zero. I don't know why else you would be reloading every time.
It blinks back and forth for me just fine.

In the Excuses section, Shiro asks:

And are there browsers that don't support cool stuff like this?

I do believe most browsers these days support javascript, which is how the rollover image is implemented. Some people do turn off javascript for security reasons though.

The problem was my cache settings. Oddly enough, when I lowered them the image stopped reloading.
As Emily says, "A-maaaaa..... *drool*" Emily likes Ama.
Paul: what were you saying about it? Between the people who think Ama is hitting on Gill and the people who think I'm a disrespectful little sh*t, a lot of people bug me about my sketchbook.
I'm surprised no one's caught on that my green folder is my AM folder.
------------------

It was hardly finished, so i couldn't tell. But i was mainly just being obnoxious, and remembering your other pictures of semi-virile guys. It wasn't important and i wasn't really being serious.
P.S.
i'd prefer if you used my screenname next time you address me here, if you don't mind

Okay, fine. You're incognito now.
Ama does look like a girl. I admit it. He can be a little feminine sometimes. And I'll also admit that a lot of the men I draw are, uh, semi-virile, yeah. I used to only draw "normal-looking" men, but then I made a couple of friends who were heavily into bishonen and discovered my latent bishy-drawing skills.
I can still draw the "normal-looking" guys (Gill), but...
did I actually just type "bishy?" Geez. I must be hanging around Emily too much.
Our class has a massive AM following? I don't know if you can have a "massive" following in a Latin class with eleven people in it.
*snf.* I miss Latin already!
------------------

You know, you're the one who obsesses over bishounen and Ama more often than I do. And you do need to learn how to draw the normal type guys again.

That's not what you said when I made you the smiling-Ama picture. I'm also not the one who developed the Bishonen Mating Call.
[This message has been edited by Shiro (edited 05-19-2001).]

Says you. You're the one who began the whole bishounen thing AND the mating call. We should finish this fist fight in real life (whatever that is) and not bore all the forum people.
