Could you help me? I want to join the KeenSpace Newsbox but I don't know how to create a new directory using the ftp you told me how to use.

Thanks for keeping me company here..
The boards have been kinda dead lately. So what have you been doing to keep busy lately?To make a directory, try the mkdir or the md command. Not sure which. I think it's mkdir. Such a shame the trouble you're having with getting a ftp program installed. Well, at least you're becoming better at the command-line stuff!.c.

I just post anyway, hoping to find someone else around...Hmm...
I tried that and it apparently did something. I tried making a "keen" directory using that. Then I tried the cd thing to open it but it said keen is not a directory. Before it said there was nothing there called keen.

That's so weird, it should have worked.

You could always try deleting it (with the rm command, I believe) and trying again. Of course, I would grab one of the computer lab techs at school and beat him mercilessly until he agrees to help you.
