The skits are hit or miss for me. I thought the one in ... crap, what was the Robin Williams one he did recently? I thought that was pretty good. But it contained one aspect that always makes me kind of go "ohhh here we go again," where the joke is someone being shot or somehow maimed/killed/beaten. Violence can be funny, but it's lost its effect in his videos I think, due to overuse.

They were kinda torturout to sit through, that boring. I think his stuff works best when films are obviously, cartoonishly bad, like Kazaam or Garbage Pail Kids.VeryCuddlyCornpone wrote:Interesting. It's how all through that Ponjo review when people kept popping up, I expected him to do a punchline to the running gag, like he's gonna do something different the next time or something, but he never really did. Those guys really believe that just someone getting hurt is inherently funny in any form, but it really isn't.The skits are hit or miss for me. What's now needed: Internet reviewer reviews. Who's up for it??

Aw I wanted to guess Hot Fuzz and the scene where the florist gets stabbed with shears, but that's not a music video.RobboAKAscooby wrote:Nope...think music videos...Fading Aura wrote:Edward Scissorhands perhaps?RobboAKAscooby wrote:This could be either hard or remarkably easy...
Hmm, I know the way your mind works so I'd have to guess something by Taylor Swift, not sure what though, skimmed through a few youtube vids but couldn't find it.

Not that I'm into Paramore or anything...
This one is moderate if you're a child of the eighties.

I knew the pink hair in the background was a key clue.

Music video of the eighties with that picture? Half of all all music videos in the eighties looked like that.Toxic wrote:Think music videos.
I'm a baby of the eighties rather than a child so I've no idea.

Is it at least New Wave, as the hair, mopy expressions, and neon would have me believe, or am I searching the wrong areas?
