And I guess it's also good he's walking again.
My cat Poppy was run over when she was quite young (couple of years prehaps, not sure how old) and they had to amputate one of her front legs. I frequently had to chastise my friends for laughing at the amusing way she hoppled when she walked but it didn't really bother her apart from the times she'd forget she didn't have that leg and try to bat a ball with it or something. In addition she was much less capable of catching birds so she didn't scare them all off, and her slower speed probably meant she was less likely to get hit dashing out in front of a car again. She lived till she was almost 18!

I am happy to be off nights. The last 3 days have been exausting and I've had absolutely no life outside of work.

I can get you a good deal on 3-legged cats.

One-eyed cats, too!

Spunky's leg was broken when he was a kitten and it healed crooked. Sometimes he tries to scratch his ear with the crooked leg and can't reach, always good for a laugh.
You'd think he'd figure it out after 14 years.

Aw, cat stories. Just as I was about to chime in with a dog story!

But I will anyway!

I received a great big welcome home from my pup Jack Russell when he leaped up and headbutted me in the nose with his front teeth. :D

My motorized cycle is running extremely well, making me think it needs no more repairs. Yay for not needing to buy a new motorcycle!

He and his son received the Medal of Honor, though his was posthumous in 2001 for San Juan Hill. He resigned his position in the Department of the Navy to serve in a combat unit during the Spanish-American war. He is the only third party canididate to ever come in second during a Presidential election. He is largely considered one of the greatest Presidents in American history, and has his face carved into a mountain for it.

I'd tap that.

Today I'm happy it is just a great day and I'm in a good mood. Work is pleasant, the weather is beautiful, I had a good workout this morning, and things are just nice. And tomorrow night I'll be on a plane to Dublin for four days!

I was in love with Ernest Borgine, but someone told me he was still alive, and that ended that.

I discovered my action figure (he's not a doll dammit) and my wooden mannequin are about the same size.
They were made for each other! It's so romantic.

Just signed the lease on a nice two bedroom villa.

Can't believe how quick and easy it was compared to previous times - I inspected it this morning, gave in the application and by the time I got home (30 min drive at most) I was approved.

So of course I had to drive back out for more paperwork but who cares - I got the place!
