[SLOW AHEAD] FULL UPDATE SMASH IN EFFECT!!!
Turns out our KeenGodFather (Chris Crosby) is keeping an eye on CG via various means, and when we switch to AutoGenesis, he lost that ability. So I've been told to put in some code for Google Analytics so Chris can keep an eye on it again.
This affects everyone, so we're doing a "full smash". All comics (13501 of 'em) are getting full updates under AutoGenesis. This means everything's going to be delayed until it's all done. All 13501 are in the que now. Lets see how long AG takes to choke 'em all down. 8:30pm EST.
EDIT: Updated queue counts are now available in Quickadmin (use your FTP account info to log into it).

Hmmmm...when I last checked the queue on Quickadmin, the number was about 13501. Several hours later, it's still at 13501. It's not stuck, is it?

Hmm. My site hasn't updated for today's comic (scheduled time was midnight Eastern). I've tried a few times to get an update done (waiting at least a couple of hours between attempts), and when I went to request the update, there were fewer than 10 in the queue.
Please excuse me if this is a dumb question, but is there a possibility that if CG is inserting GA code into pages which already have GA code put there by the author, it could break the update?
A very confused Mark

You'll need to log into Quickadmin to get an accurate queue number right now (see STrRedWolf's post). As for why your comic isn't updating: I think the queue is stuck.

Ah, thank you, Cope. I took your advice and saw 13,497 as the figure in the queue... so I'll sit tight

It's run into a few problem comics where the user has copy-pasted the basic template into a text file for date of the comic. If you're doing this. Don't.
text files included in the comic directory is for doing things that otherwise aren't possible in the template specific to a day. eg flash, commentary. It's not for general includes.

I'm getting 13503 in the queue now. (And my own comic is still stuck on Tuesday.)

My comic hasn't updated for today's strip, and it's telling me that only 2 are in the queue. Is this an error on my part, or do I simply need more patience?

I'm giving StrRedWolf the benefit of the doubt, but so far all the queue jamming is coming from users making mistakes. This wasn't a problem with the earlier Autokeen because of order it's done in.
That said I''m only manually unjamming it as to not step on StrRedWolf's toes.
