I just wanted to announce that I had thought "CF" was a woman.
I had a soft echoey voice in my head everytime "she" spoke.
Now I find out he is a he, it's going to be awkward!
Is he wearing lipstick??

I've never seen CF this femmy before, Cait's only drawn him once that I've seen... but yeah, I vaguely remember something about him liking to be girly.
A LOT of Cait's characters are "girly" men, wait till you see some of her other fae that will show up in Anne's comic LoL.

Also... isn't anyone slightly disturbed by the thought that someone would sleep with Death and produce a child? I know I was.

Yes, he is wearing lipstick. I have to say that actually coloring in his makeup (he has some eyeshadow too but it's harder to see) really tipped the feminine scales for me for some reason. That was why I added in his hesitation at the end, of CF's being male or female.
If you remember back when Faylin and Farrel were traveling, Farrell mentioned Faeries not being as concerned with gender roles and boundaries like humans. You can kind of see now that this is true. Also, that the physical state of gender is more fluid in Faerie than in Mortal. = )
I tried to give him a manly neck, the hint of an Adam's apple, say. But now I guess the gender confusion on Struan's part makes sense. = )
