Re: Millennium Fangirls
Thanks Erin! I'm so happy to be the only doc fan. all those zippers to myself... Still a little disappointed.... You'd think the glasses would get him fans but noooo... and the extra finger.... and the instant spontaneous combustion remote? come on people! I know deep inside everyone loves a story with mad scientist that make horrible monsters...

I wouldn't say that people don't like Doc. Mad scientists are awesome after all. It's just that they like the other characters more.
Oh, and I laughed at this comic. Both from the Captain's using a Wile E. Coyote sign and Luna's latching onto Doc's face.

This. If the Major didn't exist, I'd have gone for Doc.Chaos Priest wrote:I wouldn't say that people don't like Doc. Mad scientists are awesome after all. It's just that they like the other characters more.

Re: Millennium Fangirls
True. I'd rather be clung to the cute cat boy but I knew that Doc wouldn't get much love then the others. (Maybe below Zoin) And he is awesome and fangirl/boyable. All he needs is love...and some food cuz hes a walking bag of bones and flesh in my opinion.I wouldn't say that people don't like Doc. Mad scientists are awesome after all. OMG I'm humping Doc's face.

Re: Millennium Fangirls
am I the only one that gets sent to the "guest strips" thread instead of this one when clicking the page's link?
also, i would have been a dok fangirl, except for my deep-rooted "Hojo-complex" i.e. a complete and utter shivery cringing doom of creepy loathing at mad scientists who like to play with knives, DNA, and chemicals. (Dok, Muraki, and Hojo in particular.)
which is odd, because I also have a hand puppet of him sitting on my dresser right now. I substituted him for crow, and my integra plushie for tom servo for a viewing of the new dragonball movie one night. the cat also provided commentary, but her opinion of the entire event seemed to involve sticking her butt in front of the monitor and glaring at me like i had a billion better things to do than eat popcorn, play with puppets, and watch bad movies all night in a homebrew MST3K session.
I do love a man in a bellyshirt tho....

Yeah, we'd need a Sunday comic just to accomodate all the Rip rants.

Gundam Wing has hot guys, kick-ass women and mechs. Hellsing has hot guys, kick-ass women and guns. ^_^ Ah, the joys of anime.

WOOHOO I'M IN THE COMIC! Thanks so much, Erin! (sniffle) You have no idea how much this means to me as a Shine fan and a fan of Ripchen...It also means I can finally post in this thread without worrying about seeming like I'm trying to up my chances. Whee! :3
And if the Major really does do his speech, then I'll be even happier.
Hm...so would Rip's mass quantities of fans make her the Alucard of Millennium?

Indeed. She's actually even more popular than Schroe and had numbers comparable to Seras and Pip in the last popularity poll. (Only Integra and Alucard got more votes.)Brynnie-chan wrote:Hm...so would Rip's mass quantities of fans make her the Alucard of Millennium?

Re: Millennium Fangirls
So are we going to see a massive fangirls faint-off next panel? At the end of the speech? Or will it be a progressive thing as they are overloaded one by one?
You are a twisted genius, Erin. Thank the high powers you use your powers for good.
