That's true... My problem is that a lot of doujinshi sites tag anything with unusual genitals as futa, when I want to explocitly find herm and they don't have a tag for herm.

I've got a number of those. Including one where the pieces are all the same relatively square shape (interlocking in two orientations, no borders), and the picture is printed on both sides, one 90° from the other.

Some better advice.

1. Find a random doctor.

2. Ask them for some doxycycline.

3. To sound convincing, tell them that you've used it before many times and it's worked.

Doxycycline is useless for malaria, but excellent for coughs. (But don't go out in the sun for too long when you use it. Last time I did that, I got fucking sunburnt.)

EDIT:

Actually, you may want to try Erythromycin for a sore throat. But Doxy should work. Are you coughing up any phlegm?

That's not good advice at all. You don't try to treat something with antibiotics unless you already know it's a bacterial infection. Plus antibiotics are nasty in general, I wouldn't want to use them unless I was sure it was necessary.

Even if a sore throat or cough is caused by a virus, antibiotics are still good at shortening its duration by preventing opportunistic bacteria from setting up shop.
