The Best You've Ever Done!
Re: The Best You've Ever Done!
That's good stuff Wendybird! I feel that way pretty much every day lol.

The best I've ever done is easily panel one of:

Not as good as most (okay, ALL) the other stuff here, so I feel a bit ashamed at showing it, but eh, there it is.

I'm still really proud of that 300th episode special

Re: The Best You've Ever Done!
I have a liking for this page:

Think it could have been better, though. The petrol gauge reading nearly empty could have been made more prominent, and the final frame could maybe have had the bad guy's car as the focus (seen from the front wheel arch, showing him glancing down at the burst tyre, with the following car and a sillouheted gunman and flash of white to represent the shot). Perhaps i'll re-draw those panels before the comic the page will appear in is "published" (on a photocopier to be sold at a convention in March 2010).
And i still like this old chestnut, simply for the fact i actually did it in colour. I want to produce far more colour comics than i actually do. Not that i don't appreciate black and white too, mind. Can't imagine the above one being done any other way, for instance.

The preceding page contained foul language and violence and should not have been viewed by anyone.
But overall, i have an odd affection for this page, from last year's hourly comic day. Even though it was only a "sketch". I reckon the middle panel looks just like me.

Re: The Best You've Ever Done!
It's by far not the best thing I've ever done, but as far as the comic goes I still kinda like this chapter title page from a few years ago:

Re: The Best You've Ever Done!
Ok, here goes. I still think the work you've all posted dominates, but I have done a couple of my own that I'm really proud of. The one that posted today is probably my favorite, and not just this particular one but the one to follow this which is just the second part to the story this one starts. I look over it and it still gives me a little happy feeling inside knowing I did it.
Ok ok, I get a little happy feeling somewhere else, too. Just thought I'd keep it PG best I could...

Re: The Best You've Ever Done!
This one's a little cluttered, but I think art-wise its one of the better pages I've done. It has so many panels because I wanted to do a transition scene in one page instead of dragging it out, but there were lots of different images I wanted to incorporate. I think it works out because it forces the reader to kinda slow down, so it makes the "road trip" seem to take longer. I dunno though, I'm not always a good judge of these things.

Probably this!

and funny how aside from the decypher buffers, and some little forum things here or there... the last comic page I've drawn.

Not really a comic page, but it's still art for my comic. Haven't had the time to do something more comic-canon yet.

Re: The Best You've Ever Done!
Well art-wise I'm partial to this one:

Joke-wise this early one seems to get a lot of feedback (and not just to say the art's crap):

I still can't believe it took me a year to finally figure out the basics that I was lacking, oh well...
EDIT: I think the image host I used for these compressed the images a bit.

Half of one of the earliest comics.
I don't really know what I was on at that time.
Oh well.. at least I tried.
