I've only ever seen one woman (not a partner; I was running the camera for an amateur video) 'squirt' and it smelled like urine to me. I tend to go through waves of orgasms.

The odd thing, to me at least, is that when I orgasm from masturbation, it feels incredibly different from when I orgasm during actual intercourse. I can actually feel the pulsations during masturbation; during intercourse, I think I'm much more aware of my entire body, not just the pussy/clit area, so the sensation is much more widespread and not as concentrated between my legs.

It depends on the woman.

I've got no real problem saying "harder" or twisting a little to the left.

But i do know a couple of my friends who feel awkward giving instructions. So they'll moan extra loud when he moved in the direction they want, and if he is usually a hard fuck and they like it more tender, will fake one when he goes tender for a while, cause guess what---that tends to make him do it again. THEN you can say "oh yea I like that keep going" Not "a little to the left" or what not.

Its mostly a matter of nudging someone in the right direction with positive reinforcement instead of verbal instruction
