"My animal companion; I'll tell you more about him later. Right now, there's work to do.

Ceph, fetch the object. Fetch. Object.
"

This last remark is obviously directed at the squid, who floats off to another area of the grove as Druid moves inside the cottage.

OODMC: I'm going to give King a chance to respond here. If he doesn't by the time i feel like writing a whole lot about what happens, I'll move on.
"I meant," said Iplsore bitterly, "what is there in this world that makes living worthwhile?"
Death thought about it.
"CATS," he said eventually, "CATS ARE NICE."

Trilgat looks at Ceph and thinks to himself "Hm. A squid. Now there's an interesting idea. I wonder if I can make a mask of one of those." He changes the general angle of his carving, now with a squid in mind (assuming he hasn't passed the point of no return).
It's hard to forge someone's signature in Times New Roman.

OOC: Well, he's been carving for about four and a half months now. I'd say he's out of wood and almost out of fingers.
