Typically it's graded by how much a complete stranger stumbles for an answer when you ask them.

But, nah, they look good on you.

Just wanted to poke my head in and tell you that I have read completely through your comic, and will be putting it on my list to watch.
I like your drawing style, and I find most of your comics amusing. I think you are doing a fine job as an artists and writer.

and not to "jump-in" on a conversation, but I wanted to let you know that those glasses suit you well, and they don't detract from your natural beauty.
Maybe it was the clothes you were wearing when they first saw the glasses that gave them that impression???

It’s funny you would all get on the topic of new glasses. I’m actually getting the first pair of new glasses I’ve had in a very long time. I did have a pair a long time ago when I was under my parents health plan, but I never liked wearing them. Now that my eyes have gotten so nearsighted that I can’t read road signs, I’ve finally gotten a new pair on order, and they have transition lenses. I’m looking forward to being able to see.

Transition lenses are awesome! Unfortunately they don't go dark enough for me so I've got prescription sunglasses.
