Whoo I went to hang out with my mom today. Both her cats have grown SO MUCH since the last time I was there - one was a tiny kitten a month or two ago, and Pixel was... well... not fat. Now she is HUGE.
I dare to suggest that she might be fatter than she was about five or six years ago. And she was sixteen-seventeen pounds then (small kitty, but oh god so much fat).
When my camera works again I will take a picture.
HUUUUUGE.

Also, we went to see Golden Compass, and I liked it.
Now I can read the book again (mom and i were abstaining until after we saw the movie).

My DS is also pink. I can get away with that, being a girl.

I don't normally go in for the girly-pink options, but it was the only color available that had . . . character.

My NEW DS is the totally sextastic crimson black

it makes me happy inside

my old DS is an old blue one

and I still have the awesome Phoenix Wright stylus

as well as an awesome Phantom Hourglass one

and a tiny Phoenix Wright plush keychain
There is no objection to the awesomeness of my DSness

So much snow!
It was snowing sideways as I walked to work (directly into my face of course), and still sideways as I walked home.
Seems to have calmed down a little, wind-wise, but it's still snowing merrily!

I am pulling my hair out trying to find someone with a truck/van who can help me move couches in the next two days
