Well, see, the box says "may cause drowsiness," but in a certain percentage of people who take drowsy meds, there's an opposite reaction. Anywho, Lego told me a long time ago that depressants and stimulants don't cancel each other out, but rather compound negative effects, so I try not to do that anymore.
He's right. It sucks. Don't do it.
i do so love it when people actually listen.

Well, it also helps that I'd actually done it at the time that I had asked you, and felt like I was on another planet. An unpleasant planet. When someone tells you "This is why you feel this way, so don't do it again," it's really in your best interests to listen. *hugs back*
Also, fyi, try not to overdose on Robitussin Cold and Cough. I once took two teaspoons of an old bottle, which was a half dose, ran out, and sent my husband out for a new bottle, which I then proceeded to take another two teaspoons from - the other half of the dose; or so I thought. It seems in the time between when I purchased the first bottle and when Mike brought me the second, they'd changed the dosage from four teaspoons to two. So I ended up taking a dose and a half, which was not fun at all. My heart sped up, I started shaking, my face got all tingly and I generally felt awful. Not a good time.
