I've been really inspired by this one... caution: it's huge and threatens to take a while to load.

Oh man, that is wicked. Delightful art, and excellent use of the infinite canvas there.supernerdcore wrote:http://www.drewweing.com/pup/13pup.html

Inverloch's art always made me think of very expensive cakes. Very swish to look at, but nowt to get your teeth into.Black Sparrow wrote:One of the things I miss about Inverloch is the creamy, yet professional, quality of the art.

Agreed. Talismen was one of those comics I followed for a while even tho I couldn't get into the story at all (lil too...er... elfin for me, really) because of the beautifully rich art. That Xylia has a great look too.
And based on the earlier pointer I find myself getting caught up in Family Man.
It looks great, reads brilliantly, and fills the Big Gothic Gap in my webcomic list left by the final death of Liriel's Bad Blood comic.

That's probably also my favourite webcomic, art-wise. Just everything Kazu does is magical. I can't wait to check out his new book Amulet.Jen_Babcock wrote:I really like Copper

Funny, that kind of describes "Dresden codac" for me. It's like a stream of consciousness, art is so good because artist draws just what he/she feels like at the moment, what he/she thinks will fit into the page, but script-wise it adds up into one huge mess.ryclaude wrote:Inverloch's art always made me think of very expensive cakes. Glad the word of Family Man is spreading. It's good stuff.warofwinds wrote:I found this comic from Sorcery101 the other day:
Family Man, by Dylan Meconis (creator of Bite Me, if you remember that gem of humor). Check out this page.

Copper would be my choice as well. I can stare at one page all day dumbfounded at how much skill and hard work went into it. Similar results apply when I'm in a museum looking at a Toulouse-Lautrec or a Rembrandt.Jen_Babcock wrote:I really like Copper
