Two Years!
Two years ago the first page of Parallel Dementia went up. I had something rather large in mind for celebration, but thanks to school it's not been finished on time for the anniversary. But it's coming along nicely, and I hope to have said big thing done, or at least done enough to show, within a few days. School comes first, though.
But enough of that. It's PD's birthday and I'll cry if I want to! Cry if I want to! Cry if I want to! You would cry too if your webcominc was twwoooooooooo.
For serious. I said it last year and will say it again; this has been an incredibly rewarding hobby that has boosted my abilities in art, writing, and probably management more than I think they could have been boosted any other way in a two year period. In Parallel Dementia's last year it was part of the longest running (page and time) crossover in webcomic history. We were also truly introduced to the Mistress of Blades, and have encountered Russell Icar, a new villain.
My work with NJ Huff significantly helped me to better my work. Based on her style I brought my human-figure drawing ability up, and I think that she got some background skill from me. But NJ's help has probably more significantly affected my writing ability, as I strove to make my characters somewhat as strong as hers.
I look forward to the future of Parallel Dementia and want to thank my friends and fans for giving me reason to keep it going. Thanks with your comments and encouragement.
Here's to the next two years!

Birthday of Dementia!
Aww, I'm honored you consider me a big help, as I have greatly enjoyed working with you as well. I think EE has only improved since the crossover.
Congrats for making it to two years, it's a big deal for webcomics. Looking forward to many more years!

When Nightmares are happy it rains confetti.
I suppose I'd be a bit startled too, if confetti just magical starting sprinkling from the sky.
Or think it's some kind of festive Nightmare.

I call this piece "Confetti Confusion, by Cope".
If she'd paid attention to the forecast, she'd have known that today's weather would be inclement with a 50% chance of confetti.
Happy Birthday to you! Happy Birthday to you! Happy birthday deeeeaaarrr Parrallel Dimentia... Happy Birthday to you!
And many more! (please? Don't stop... evar... well until you actually tie up every loose end imaginable)
and I really am grateful I got assigned you as a secret santa last year, by far one of the best webcomics I managed to find in a while!

Pinata nightmare: ...I'm going to find something naughty I'm actually capable of doing!
*It starts walking away, only to get the crap beaten out of it by kids with bats.*

Gah! Lost my train of thought to stupid humor again! Bean: I think I must thank you. Your webcomic roxxorz. It very much roxxorz. The devil's in the details, and the level of thought you put into the universe is very inspirational...at least for me.
