FTP Follies

I have my FTP program and I tried to connect to the site for my comic, when I did in FTP Explorer it spat out this at me using the EXACT password given to me by you guys.

Connected to: Greg Gallows
> USER gallowshunt
< 331 User gallowshunt ok Password required
< PASS *****
< 530 Login Authentication failed
! Error logging into host
! Error logging into Greg Gallows

WTF, I entered the password as it was and it did not accept it for the page. This is beginning to piss me off, WHAT THE HELL is going on with the system...

Sometimes the default password that is issued to a new user does not work. We don't know why.

Apply for anew FTP password and you should be good.

It's doing it to me again and I have tried at least three or four password changes, keeps saying the password is invalid.

This is seriosuly pissing the hell out of me, as I am out of town andtrying to get my comic up bit I CAN'T!!!

What is going on here, WTF is this system supposed to be for. Pissing people off, or actually working....

calm down, there is no reason to get angry and curse, be patient and stay calm you will get a solution to your problem.

If it delays upload of my comic I will not calm down, if it keeps happening over and over I will not calm down. I have zero patience for flawed systems that act like total retards and work only when they want to work, as far as I am concerned their current system is a pile of junk code that is falling apart and defective.

So don't tell me to calm down, it's not gonna happen until I get answers. if it's not fixed in a week I'm gonna say screw this and find a new service to use that's more reliable. I am sick of this, there should not be these kinds of persistent problems.

every system has bugs, every system has a little downtime from time to time, if you cant deal with that you have no business surfing the web, let alone maintaining a website. Now, like I said, calm down and be patient, there will be an answer eventually.
