...seriously, who thought it was a good idea to dedicate a day to Caps Lock? Next you'll have "Driving While Using A Cell Phone Day", "Listening To Horrible Music Loudly In Your Car With The Windows Down Day," and "Anne Coulter Writes Anything Day."
