All apologies
First, I'm sorry for the downtime. Though it doesn't make it right, it's totally out of my hands and the people in a position to fix it know about the problem, so I get to twiddle my thumbs and wait. I don't think anyone is more frustrated with it than I am, with exception of the CG members that pay for Project Wonderful adverts or sell ad space on thier pages.
I'm giving this another week and if things are working properly again, I'm going to start looking for another host. It just sucks though because I love having a forum that I just basically have to link to and that's all. Additionally, I just got the search engines, comic lists, etc, all pointed to my comicgenesis URL... so I have some vested intrest in staying here.
Aside from all that, I don't want to bother my readership with the headaches involved with a bookmark update.
anyways...
Apology number 2: I was sorta called out for requesting Fanart in the CG forums. I didn't realize it was a faux pas... I just figured I'd offer up free bannerspace to anyone who wanted it. People have never been afraid to ask me for a drawing... I assumed that sorta thing was alright.
so, I'm sorry. But I did get some totally killer fanart out of it, thanks to Dread. I'll have it all properly posted and linked as soon as the Forsaken comes back up.

Regarding #2.... Its a FORUM, they can go to hell... LOL, people complain about the stupidest things.
I got it, lets have a forum about comics... Our First Rule will be... You can only discuss Aikido and Africanized Bees, or Africanized Bees with Black belts in Aikido. Anyone caught talking about Comic's, PERMBAN...
I followed the link on the FANART banner, that was funny. Cojoined Cows doing Vlad, pricless.

People have to complain to be happy. I think it's kinda in our DNA or something.
I'm glad you liked the fanart.

My number of pageviews varies a lot (normally between 10 and 30) and I haven't figured out the factors that influence it yet. Because of thi, it is hard to tell, if many people are coming from your comic.
Another thing: Have you applied for an invitation code for Project Wonderful? I did so a few weeks ago, but haven't gotten any response yet.

I think project wonderful ads are normally quite discrete, especially if you choose the smaller ones. Although, I have discovered a lot of nice comics and websites through those ads, so they don't really bother me.
They could also help you pay for a proper server...
