No, I mean it's great that you can get in, but the reason I'm disappointed is that you didn't do anything to 'force' the entry. So that means that it's an intermittent fault and that the only advice we can give is "wait and see"...
At a wild guess, it must be a combination of things and when all the events occur then that account can't get in.
Like I said, bummer.

Apart from "wait and see", the only advice I could offer would be to try to log in from different computers, using different browsers and preferably different internet providers.
Highly unlikely to make a difference, but it is a possibility. If you do manage to get in, let us know what was different and we may be able to narrow it down.
And make sure that you're using the forum name / password, that it's being spelt correctly, that you're not using cApItAl LeTtErS where they're not meant to be and that you are using the right combination (ie: if you requested a new password, don't use the old one).

Still can't login to FTP
Ok, I have changed my password. Double and triple checked my login stuff and I know I have that correct. And I still can't login to my FTP, I keep getting cannot login messages. I got WS FTP and I get the same thing. The port is set at its default which is 21. I am trying to put up a new index page but I can't. Iam so frustrated. I have tried everything. Somebody please help. I am going bananas.

I suddenly can't log into FTP either. And since I normally don't do it from this particular computer, I don't think its my cache (incidentally, I can log-in to the FTP of the other sites I work on).

Well this is great. Now I can't log on and I'm gonna miss my update tonight.
I can log onto the forums and the site admin just fine, but my FTP isn't working.
I try to use Internet Explorer and it just keeps rejecting my username and password. I try to use Smart FTP and the site never comes up. I've tried using both the domain name and my forum username and the same thing happens regardless.
