Neon Bible

The place where no good punk-asses and aimless hipsters come to discuss a rather lousy comic.

Neon Bible's kept me entertained enough. I find myself continuously going back to it. Sucks that the majority of my time for music listening is either in the car or at work with one headphone in. Oh well. My tempo complaints of Funeral don't come into play with Neon Bible, at least.

I don't really have a summer band. Though I guess Piebald beings back some nice sunny memories. As does Elvis Costello. Though I can't listen to Alibi without cracking up now. God I want some cheese....
We should go to Schnuck's.

New Pornographers and Go! Team are great summertime listening. Dance stuff, like New Order or old freestyle stuff, is good for Saturday nights.

Ah, when we were young and foolish, as opposed to just foolish.

Led Zeppelin's some great summer listening, yo.

Arcade Fire are actually in Chicago this weekend. All the hipsters are salivating, unless they're posing with their arms folded saying, "You still listen to them?"

It has cleaner production that punched it up.

I think the lo-fi production worked in their favor on their earlier stuff. It made them sound dusty which really worked for them.

Anyway, I'm going to air drum some more since I'm the only one here at work.

Definitely. I think the additions obscure the rhythm of the song a bit. but it's still great. Yes. I the EP version is better.
