An Utterly Important Question
Namely, what are some of your favorite comics, what do you want to see more of, etc? I really get most of my feedback in terms of "today's is good/bad/does nothing for me" and I'd like to know what some of your all-time favorites are.
Personally, I think Secret Agent Man is still my favorite, but, man, did my "art" suck several flavors of ass back then. Still does, but at least Lionel doesn't look as much like a wall-eyed retard anymore.
Out of the newer ones, I like this one and Mundanity from this one.
But enough about me, you guys talk about me for a while.

I set my ATM card's number to "0001" because I'm number one!
DIVIDED BY ZERO?!?!?!?
Secret agent man also pwns....
I gotta admit though, for the most part this comic hovers around the "above average" mark. Average being the average webcomic. The sarcasm is a little overbearing at times, and the characters could do with some development. Of course, in making fun of RPGs, the characters should remain vaguely defined with people always saying "I guess there's a lot more to _____ than we realized."

I fight with cards! This one made me scare my friend by laughing in the library.
A, B, B, B, A, Right I hate mini games like this... I'm glad somebody else has made humour about those.

ANd a little more conscitency. Could you please establish who the "Karn" is, and who the "ardam" is in all the rpg satire (is that what meta is?).
other than that, not much to say. Its a good comic, but I can't think of any "favorites".

Squark's not asking who Karn and Ardam are.
Lionel and Antonio both switch between I know exactly how the RPG universe works and omg that makes no sense too often.
In one comic, Lionel will explain a facet of the RPG universe and Antonio will be all wtf?!, and the next comic Antonio will abide by the nonsensical RPG physics by second nature and Lionel will be clueless as to what's going on.
Oh, and for a complete ADVENTURERS! archive, this is a bit easier on the eye, and complete.

Ah. I tried to do that so that Lionel was on top of things when it came to things like magic and plot, but Antonio was the go-to guy for combat situations. I guess it didn't come across as clear as I'd hoped.masamunemaniac wrote:Lionel and Antonio both switch between I know exactly how the RPG universe works and omg that makes no sense too often.

I thought you made fun of that "changing roles" about knowing and not-knowing the rules of the world in THIS strip.
Besides, it doenst make it less funny the change of awareness level of your characters every strip. Kind of makes it funny that they are "competing" to see who knows more.
Anyways:
Where is MUNDANITY#2?

I find they're a bit more like Drecker and Karashi....
erm....
In that they both understand and fail to understand the universe. Drecker commenting on the fact that there's only been 3 nights in the game several hundred comics in, and Karashi messing Ardam up by mentioning how difficult it must be to use lightning to power up Karn without killing him.
They aren't similar relationship-wise.
